Welcome to Dancing Dahlia, I am so glad you are here. I’ve always been a lover of all things that bloom. Flowers have been a passion of mine long before I ever had the chance to work with them. My journey into floral design began unexpectedly—back in 2020, when I was feeling stagnant in my career and searching for something new. A close friend of mine was getting married, and I found myself captivated by the planning process, especially the attention to detail that went into every moment of the day.

That’s when I knew I had to be part of this world. I reached out to every wedding planning company I could find, and one incredible woman took me under her wing. During an event weekend, she asked if I’d help with some centerpieces. It was in that moment that I realized I had found something I truly loved, and I was determined to pursue it.

Floral design never felt like work to me—it was a creative outlet, a way to express passion and beauty through nature. After several years of learning and growing with my mentor, I felt ready to embark on my own journey.

One of my favorite flowers has always been the dahlia. There’s something about its graceful movement and layers of petals that feels almost like it’s dancing. This is how “Dancing Dahlia” came to be—because flowers don’t just bloom; they dance.

I believe everyone deserves the gift of flowers—there’s no greater way to express love, joy, or appreciation. (Unless, of course, you’re giving away corgi puppies. But that’s a close second.)
